What we fund
Using income from a legacy developed from a history of community care dating back over a hundred years, BDNAT supports nurses and people in Brighton & Hove, who have both a financial and medical need. Often, given the necessity of individual cases, we can arrange an urgent grant for a specific one off need.
Small Grants Programme
Up To:
£500
We typically accept applications for grants of up to £500, from District Nurses, Health Visitors, Professional Carers or Health Care Professionals, relatives or friends, on behalf of a person identified as having a need.
Large Grants Programme
From:
£1,000
Up To:
£10,000
In addition to our regular small grants programme, the Trust will consider applications from local charities or health professionals, to support projects that will provide health related support to disadvantaged individuals.
